As an Independent Business Partner, I bring an outside view to help you define and solve your challenges. After a career delivering Business Change and supporting senior leaders at HSBC and Deloitte, I am turning my skills towards helping owners in smaller businesses, start-up through to established.
Leaders identify not just their business goals, but what they want personally. I then work with them to ensure they achieve both. The harder the challenge the better. It’s what I enjoy. We will build a trusting relationship in which you can be as open and honest as you feel comfortable. I will be your thinking partner, your positive challenge and your executive coach all rolled into one. Think of me as your Personal Non-Executive Director.
